My approach
to the Support and Guidance You Deserve
I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator. As a queer mom to two children and three starside babies, I am intimate with the journey of loss and healing. As a birth collective, I support you by providing a constant source of encouragement, validation, empowerment, and reassurance. I provide nutritional advice, aligned evidence-based resources, and relaxation and coping techniques. Let's connect and co-create simple routines and rituals that connect you with your mind and body, building a foundation of awareness, reflection, care, and confidence. I am available to support you online or in-person.
